We make every effort to ship all orders received by 10 am AEST every Monday & Saturday. Express orders will be shipped the next business day.
We use Heaps Good 100% home compostable Eco Mailers: Plant-based, containing zero poly plastic.

International Tax & Duties

Lost Parcels
Segara the Label bears no responsibility for shipping delays that may arise from third-party postal services. Should an unexpected delay occur, our team will make every effort to assist the customer and our postal partners in resolving the issue promptly. However, Segara the Label cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We do not offer returns due to change of mind however we will honour a return if you have purchased a product from us that:
is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance, or finish;
is not fit for its intended purpose; or
does not match the product image or our description
Exchange
We are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase if the item remains unused, with its original tags securely attached, and is presented in its original packaging, all of which must be in their original condition.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for the following:
Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear
Products returned in a condition other than their original state.
Products returned without their attached tags.
Products not in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor.
Products marked or damaged, including stains from fake tan, deodorant, or makeup.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the exchange/return shipping costs.
Returns & exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days upon receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
